Business Analyst

About the Role

The Business Analyst will analyze organizational structures and workflows to evaluate how business models integrate with technology. This involves assessing current operational conditions, gathering and synthesizing requirements from stakeholders, and defining future state solutions or improvements to enhance business performance. The role supports strategic planning through detailed research and information synthesis.

Required and Preferred Skills

• Proficient in Reltio platform and tools (mandatory).
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex processes and data.
• Excellent communication aptitude to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with process modeling and documentation methodologies.

Additional Information

• The role demands at least 3 years of experience working with Reltio.
• Position is located at the Pune office in Maharashtra, India.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time formal education is required.
