Role Overview

• Interpret business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including software specifications as necessary.
• Communicate business requirements effectively to development and testing teams.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business clients to define, refine requirements, and develop solutions.
• Support technical staff in developing urgent technical solutions.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation during project phases.
• Apply broad ICT and business knowledge to identify suitable technology-based solutions.
• Work alongside ICT personnel to ensure thorough tracing of requirements through to test cases, expediting issue resolution.
• Provide timeline estimates for requirement development to assist effective program work planning.
• Ensure stakeholder awareness of ICT service offerings and promote cost-conscious solutions for improved value delivery.
• Build strong relationships with both business and technical teams to inform ICT solution design.
• Negotiate with customers to understand needs and formulate business solutions.
• Organize and conduct workshops to clarify and negotiate desired business outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with staff across divisions and agencies.
• Create and maintain networks with business and other stakeholders to foster partnerships.
