Role Overview

We are looking for an Off-Premise Activation Manager to animate our brand presence across retail shelves, in-store experiences, and critical customer touchpoints. This role bridges sales, marketing, and retail execution, translating brand strategies into impactful activation programs within grocery, natural, club, and mass retail channels. You will lead initiatives such as retailer promotions, seasonal campaigns, trade shows, demos, and product launches to ensure a consistent, effective Pressed presence that drives commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account-specific activation strategies aligned with retailer calendars to boost product visibility, placement, and shopper engagement.
  • Create and distribute tailored sell-in tools, promotional calendars, and display guides to support sales conversations and ensure operational ease.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams to align brand strategy with commercial priorities and ensure readiness for promotions and new launches.
  • Plan and manage off-premise trade events, including trade shows, retailer and customer events, in-store sampling, and new store openings, ensuring they align with account goals and budgets.
  • Define and uphold in-store execution standards, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve trial, placement, and sales velocity.
  • Support brokers and distributors with resources and clear communication to facilitate alignment and seamless program execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in retail activation, trade marketing, or account support within CPG, preferably across grocery, natural, club, or mass channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to own activation projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of retailer dynamics and account-specific activation techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver committed to continuous improvement and high execution standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
