Job Overview
The position of BIM Engineer / Senior Engineer based in Pune requires a professional with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and experience ranging from 3 to 6 years. The candidate is expected to be proficient in Revit modeling, construction documentation, and capable of handling architectural and structural BIM tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D building models using Revit software.
- Develop conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
- Engage effectively with interdisciplinary teams through coordination and collaboration.
- Adhere to Neilsoft's core values and comply with established quality systems and project procedures.
- Understand the interfaces between different disciplines at a basic level.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Revit modeling and construction documentation.
- Expertise in Revit Architecture and Structural modules, with ongoing commitment to professional development.
- Experience with Revit Parametric Family creation, custom Staircase and Railing modeling, and Curtain Wall modeling.
- Knowledge of architectural principles, technical detailing, and ability to produce drawings meeting international standards.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with responsibility for assigned deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective participation in discipline-specific discussions.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune.
- Experience on international projects considered an advantage.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
