Billing Specialist

About the Role

M/s AVP Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified Civil Billing Engineer to manage the billing process and related documentation for residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for assuring the accuracy of billing procedures, verifying quantities, preparing BOQs, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth project cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Running Account (RA) Bills, Final Bills, and Contractor Bills accurately.
• Verify site measurements and ensure quantities comply with project drawings and BOQs.
• Draft Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project cost estimates, and conduct rate analysis.
• Maintain records related to billing, payment schedules, and all project documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with site engineers, contractors, and the accounts team.
• Monitor expenses associated with projects and aid in budget control efforts.
• Ensure billing complies fully with contract terms and conditions.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in civil billing and quantity estimation.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and billing-related software tools.
• Strong comprehension of construction drawings, contracts, and billing protocols.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation capabilities.
