  • Manage special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • At least 6 years of experience in global benefits, in HR or consulting roles, preferably within large multinational organizations, including retirement plans.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits legislation and ability to stay updated on global regulatory changes.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on employee support for retirement and benefits queries.
  • Proven experience managing broker and vendor partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly explain benefit modifications and develop employee communications for changes.
  • Independence, problem-solving skills, and the capability to influence global stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, self-motivated, and positive.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize effectively, and deliver beyond expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
