Bartender

Role overview

Plaza Premium Group is looking for a Bartender to prepare and serve drinks and beverages to guests in a polished, friendly, and professional way. The role is focused on delivering a high standard of guest experience, keeping the bar area well maintained, tracking stock, and balancing cash at the start and end of each shift.

Key duties

• Set up the bar, prepare ingredients, mix drinks, and serve beverages in a professional manner.
• Keep the bar and its interior clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
• Help create a positive and welcoming guest experience.
• Track inventory and keep records up to date.
• Maintain accurate documentation for cash movements and receipts, including shift opening and closing balances.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or catering environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel or catering operations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
• Good customer service skills, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English or Arabic.
• Availability for shift-based work.
• Work location is the airport.
• Professional grooming and a well-kept appearance are essential.

Additional information

This is a full-time, onsite role in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The position involves operational cash handling, stock monitoring, and guest-facing service in an airport environment.
