Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and team-focused Bartender capable of creating exceptional drink experiences tailored to guests’ preferences. The ideal candidate will combine expertise, care, and pride in their craft to enhance the quality of service and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting every guest to set a positive tone for their experience.
• Preparing and serving beverages to high standards, actively promoting current offers.
• Managing bar stock, inventory, equipment, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness.
• Handling cash and credit payments accurately.
• Collaborating closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth food and beverage service.

Requirements

• Physical capability to lift, push, and pull heavy items up to 50 pounds, including bending and kneeling as needed.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills including reading, writing, and arithmetic.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to local regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service; must meet minimum age requirements and be fluent in the local language.
• Strong interpersonal skills to be approachable, hospitable, and easy to communicate with.
