Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service preparation, including managing inventory, understanding promotional specifications, handling menus and wine selection, and operating bar equipment effectively.
• Maintain the service area’s compliance with environmental standards, hygiene regulations, and safety laws.
• Ensure that all service and payment processes are carried out swiftly and with a positive attitude.
• Engage actively in a cooperative working atmosphere where all team members are well-trained, supportive, and skilled.
• Perform consistently either independently or as a team member to uphold high service quality standards.
