Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service that promotes a positive store experience.
- Prepare beverages and food items accurately following set recipes or customized customer preferences.
- Perform various duties within the store, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle cash safely and comply with store safety and security protocols.
- Engage customers in a pleasant, communicative manner to understand and respond to their needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- No previous experience is necessary; all learning and training is provided.
- Maintain punctual attendance and reliability, adaptable to flexible work schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions efficiently.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and relationship building.
- Capable of keeping calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
