Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly and clear communication to identify and fulfill their needs.
• Prepare beverages and food items accurately following established recipes or customized requests including ingredient modifications.
• Perform various store tasks during shifts to support smooth operations and maintain store standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies related to product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work diverse shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; ability to quickly learn and adapt.
• Capability to comprehend and execute oral and written directions, seeking clarification when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
