Responsibilities

• Create memorable Starbucks experiences by providing excellent service and preparing expertly crafted food and beverages.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and keep workstations organized during shifts.
• Adapt quickly to various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary; we provide training.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and ask clarifying questions when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships within the team and with customers.
• Willingness to learn new recipes and processes, including customized beverage preparations.
• Capability to stay calm and composed under busy conditions.

Skills and Qualifications
