Responsibilities
- Create memorable Starbucks experiences by providing excellent service and preparing expertly crafted food and beverages.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Handle cash and ensure store safety compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and keep workstations organized during shifts.
- Adapt quickly to various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide training.
- Regular and punctual attendance is essential, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and ask clarifying questions when required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships within the team and with customers.
- Willingness to learn new recipes and processes, including customized beverage preparations.
- Capability to stay calm and composed under busy conditions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and carry out directions.
- Teamwork orientation and collaboration skills.
- Customer service focus with an emphasis on quality.
