Role Overview

This full-time, on-premise position based in Gandhidham involves preparing and serving a diverse range of coffee, chocolate beverages, and other café selections adhering to established standards and recipes. The role requires providing friendly customer interactions, handling order taking, billing, maintaining a clean service environment, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols. Collaboration with team members to facilitate smooth day-to-day café operations while representing the brand positively is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate drinks, and café menu items following prescribed recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and manage billing efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and café equipment consistently.
• Restock inventory and supplies to support uninterrupted service.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines rigorously.
• Coordinate with teammates to promote smooth operational flow and excellent customer experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient customer service and communication skills with a pleasant interpersonal approach.
• Experience in barista tasks including coffee and chocolate beverage preparation and operation of café machinery.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation with an emphasis on hygienic practices.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, team-driven environment handling multiple orders swiftly.
• Previous work experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Educational attainment of at least high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are beneficial.
