Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995 and focuses on creating a welcoming bakery experience for guests and team members alike. The brand emphasizes friendly service, a positive workplace, and a strong commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM so team members can keep their evenings free.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll help keep bagels and pastries ready for each shift, support day-to-day guest service, and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient store environment. You’ll be among the earliest team members on site, helping set the tone for the day and ensuring product quality throughout the morning rush.

• Prepare the bakery for the day by arriving early, potentially as early as 3:00 AM.
• Keep the bagel wall and pastry display stocked with fresh product for every shift.
• Assist with guest service tasks such as taking orders and making sandwiches when needed.
• Help maintain food quality standards across beverages and bakery items.
• Support a safe, tidy, and well-run store environment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth and friendly customer experience.

What the employer is looking for

The ideal candidate can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment, is comfortable with early mornings and changing schedules, and meets all required screening and compliance conditions. A valid driver’s license may be needed for certain locations.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Should be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be available for varied days and hours based on business needs, including early morning shifts and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check where required by local, state, and federal law.
• A current, valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred and required only at some locations, along with any driving qualifications required by company policy.
