About the Role
Vrinda International invites applications for the position of Operations Executive within our Career Services team, located in Chandigarh. This position is suited for individuals who are motivated, detail-focused, and interested in supporting candidates through recruitment and career development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and refining resumes for candidates.
- Support candidates in searching for suitable jobs and completing applications.
- Manage candidate profiles by updating information on various job portals.
- Communicate with candidates to obtain necessary details and documentation.
- Keep precise records and foster efficient day-to-day operational flow.
- Provide support for LinkedIn profile enhancement and other career development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fundamental understanding of MS Excel and document management.
- Strong desire to learn about recruitment and career services methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good organizational capabilities.
- A positive mindset coupled with an enthusiasm for continuous learning.
