Job Overview
Allied Motor Garage is seeking a courteous, humble, and driven Back Office Executive to join our busy multi-car workshop. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, prepare service quotations, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the workshop.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings daily.
- Generate and dispatch precise service and repair estimates for customers.
- Communicate with clients regarding vehicle status, parts approval, and scheduling pickups.
- Manage essential administrative tasks including paperwork, data entry, and system updates.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency with computers, including email, spreadsheets, and messaging applications.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with a naturally polite and humble demeanor.
- Strong enthusiasm for regularly engaging and coordinating with customers throughout work hours.
- Previous experience in an automotive workshop or garage environment is advantageous but not compulsory; motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary range between 10,000 and 12,000 INR.
