About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Back Office Executive to efficiently manage daily operational tasks. The role primarily involves handling data, documentation, and coordination duties essential for seamless workflow of the front-end team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and accurately update company databases using MS Excel or Google Sheets with complete precision.
- Prepare a variety of documents including invoices, reports, emails, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients for order processing and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain records of inventory, payments, and daily transactions while resolving any inconsistencies.
- Support functions such as payroll data entry, attendance monitoring, and generating basic Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Professionally handle communications including calls and emails addressing internal queries.
Requirements
- Minimum education of 12th standard completion or any graduate degree.
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, and able to type at a speed of 30+ words per minute preferred.
- Experience ranging from freshers to 2 years is acceptable, with fresh candidates encouraged if possessing strong computer skills.
- Attribute of detail-orientation, organizational skills, integrity in handling confidential information, and basic proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
Compensation
The offered monthly salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, commensurate with the candidate's skillset and prior experience.
