About the Role
Seeking seasoned B2B sales professionals to assess AI systems' effectiveness in executing practical sales tasks and to establish criteria defining top-quality work. This involves creating specific grading standards and evaluating completed samples with thorough, evidence-backed written rationales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, task-specific evaluation standards for sales outputs such as prospecting sequences, outreach emails, discovery and demonstration call frameworks, account and territory strategies, proposals, mutual action plans, and pipeline forecasting reviews.
- Assess AI-generated and human sales work using these standards, providing comprehensive written explanations for each assigned score.
- Ensure scoring is consistent and defensible by applying structured, evidence-based reasoning.
- Rapidly incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers to refine evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in B2B sales, including roles responsible for meeting quotas.
- Experience as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative targeting enterprise clients.
- Profound understanding of core sales practices such as outbound prospecting, sequencing, qualification, managing complex deals, maintaining pipeline health, forecasting, and following established sales methodologies.
- Outstanding written communication skills, particularly in articulating why a sales deliverable would succeed or fail with a potential buyer.
- Highly attentive to detail, consistent in judgment, and open to peer review and calibration.
- Experience in AI training, evaluation, or projects involving human-data interaction is advantageous.
