Automation Tester (5-10 Years) - Gurgaon/Noida

Overview

We are seeking experienced Automation Testers with 5+ years of expertise, particularly skilled in Selenium, Java, and C#, to join our team in Gurgaon or Noida. As part of this role, you will play a key role in enabling digital transformation initiatives for global clients by contributing to various project phases and delivering high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consulting teams throughout project stages, including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.
• Research and evaluate multiple solution alternatives via literature reviews, public data, and vendor assessments, creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) as needed.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional designs, defining future-state processes.
• Configure product solutions, troubleshoot issues by root cause analysis, and propose alternative solutions.
• Contribute to both unit-level and organizational efforts to deliver value-adding, high-quality solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing with a strong command of Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java and C#.
• Educational qualifications include BE, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, ME, BSc, MSc, or MS in any specialization.
