Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Automation Expert to join Arvana GmbH in Berlin. This role requires hands-on experience in building and deploying automation solutions in real-world environments with practical challenges and error handling.
Requirements
- EU work authorization is mandatory.
- Fluent German proficiency (C1 level) and conversational English skills (B1-B2 level) are required.
- Practical knowledge of automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, SQL, Python, and BI technologies, with the ability to select appropriate tools and learn new ones rapidly.
- Strong drive toward company-building and eagerness to continuously acquire new skills.
- A proactive mindset combined with high responsibility and determination.
- Commitment to high quality standards for self and peers, along with a motivating, can-do attitude.
- Excellence in a specific area, demonstrating exceptional skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop efficient automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, and Claude to accelerate operational processes and reduce errors, from development to deployment.
- Play an active role in designing and maintaining data infrastructure supporting business decisions, including data collection, transformation, and visualization using solutions such as Looker Studio and Snowflake.
- Identify operational inefficiencies proactively and implement technical solutions to resolve bottlenecks without prompting.
- Create meaningful dashboards and reports that facilitate decision-making by delivering clear, relevant, and noise-free insights.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams and leadership to translate operational challenges into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Take full accountability for projects throughout their lifecycle—from initial concept to final handover—as the responsible system owner.
