Role overview
The Associate in Strategy & Analytics will support the team across strategic planning, research, analytics, and transformation work. This role suits someone looking to build a finance career while gaining practical exposure in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Assist with market scanning and competitor reviews to surface industry movements, strategic openings, and new priority areas.
- Help assess and apply AI-enabled solutions such as generative AI and workflow automation to improve processes, support decisions, and raise efficiency.
- Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring milestones, and helping keep initiatives on track.
- Carry out focused analyses that inform strategic choices and assess business opportunities, with limited emphasis on advanced financial modelling.
- Prepare clear slides, summaries, and other materials for senior leaders to communicate insights, project status, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, align priorities, and support rollout of strategic initiatives.
- Take on other strategy, innovation, and transformation tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a creative mindset.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Prior exposure to finance, consulting, or a similar field is an added advantage.
- A collaborative attitude.
- A proactive, can-do approach.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
