Job Overview

The Associate Manager - Support Architect will contribute to the design and construction oversight of commercial spaces within airport facilities. This position assists with formulating design concepts, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality execution of design-related projects. The role is critical in maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance, and enhancing project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support design implementation by coordinating among internal teams and external parties, translating concepts into detailed drawings, specifications, and material lists.
• Monitor design execution to confirm adherence to approved plans and timelines.
• Track project progress and assist stakeholders in resolving any issues delaying design tasks.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify design deliverables meet prescribed standards and requirements.
• Support compliance with pertinent local and international regulations and industry benchmarks, addressing any discrepancies or technical challenges.
• Facilitate coordination among airport operators, project teams, and regulatory bodies to align designs with operational and regulatory demands.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation including CAD drawings, design modifications, and project status reports.
• Engage with regulatory authorities, architects, consultants, and construction teams to integrate expertise and validate design execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of progressively responsible experience in architectural or interior design, or project management, particularly focused on commercial spaces within airports or comparable large-scale public facilities.
