Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in overseeing daily warehouse operations such as inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, sorting tasks, and inventory management.
- Supervise Process Executives throughout shift hours and ensure that daily productivity goals are met consistently.
- Monitor processes including shipment receipt, sorting, scanning, packing, dispatch, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality benchmarks within the warehouse.
- Effectively distribute manpower in line with operational demands to optimize workflow.
- Track and report key performance indicators daily, including productivity metrics, accuracy rates, turnaround times, and shipment quality.
- Support the preparation of daily operational reports and maintain relevant documentation as required.
- Conduct shift briefings and provide practical on-the-job training for new hires to foster team readiness.
- Address day-to-day operational challenges promptly and escalate significant issues to the Team Leader.
- Maintain discipline, monitor attendance, ensure cleanliness, and enforce compliance standards inside the warehouse facility.
