Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Teacher proficient in teaching Physics, Chemistry, and/or Mathematics to students of Classes 11 and 12. The role involves preparing students for key competitive exams such as IIT-JEE (Mains), NEET, and Board exams, ensuring their academic progress and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics covering 11th and 12th grade curriculum.
• Mentor students toward success in IIT-JEE (Mains), NEET, and Board examinations.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and administer periodic assessments to evaluate understanding.
• Monitor academic progress closely and offer tailored support for improvement.
• Maintain discipline in class and foster an interactive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in teaching at least two subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (e.g., Physics and Mathematics, or Physics and Chemistry).
• 2 to 6 years of experience in teaching relevant subjects to 11th and 12th graders.

Compensation

Monthly salary of ₹25,000, with the final amount subject to interview performance and prior experience.

Work Schedule

• Shift options: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Weekly day off rotates among staff.
