Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to motivate and guide the team, fostering a dynamic and inspiring workplace.
• Engage directly in daily operations, from food preparation to floor management, ensuring seamless shifts and satisfied customers.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and customer experience to consistently deliver memorable dining.
• Drive team performance by setting targets, developing skills, and celebrating successes.
• Coach and support team members to enhance their skills across all functions.
• Oversee safety, quality, and operational procedures with accuracy and diligence.
