Position Overview
This role involves collaboration with Business, Functional, and IT teams to manage and troubleshoot various IDOC message types critical to Supply Chain operations. Key focus areas include monitoring Master Data, Order to Cash processes, and Sales & Distribution functions to ensure seamless system performance and minimal interruptions to business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with field business users and IT support to understand organizational requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Support SAP Hana solutions by assisting in system design, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency across the FLNA Supply Chain.
- Create and implement analytical tools using Excel and Access to help business teams meet performance targets.
- Assist in user acceptance testing for new systems and project enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver training materials to facilitate the adoption of new tools, enhancements, or procedures.
- Responsible for resolving over 1,000 IDOCs daily within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP HANA platforms.
- Proficiency or working knowledge in Excel, Access, VBA programming, and SQL is an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain management or related operations.
- Understanding of order processing, order life cycles, and master data management is desirable.
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence within cross-functional teams.
