• Support the store manager to continually improve sales performance, key performance indicators, and all areas contributing to store success.
• Assist in recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing the store team to enhance overall store performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising to create a compelling and enjoyable shopping environment for customers.
• Achieve sales objectives by showing enthusiasm and knowledge about the products and brand.
• Provide customers with accurate, detailed information regarding product features, benefits, and inventory availability.
• Promote the company’s multi-channel shopping solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Create a welcoming and inviting store atmosphere for every customer.
• Handle sales transactions carefully and in accordance with company policies.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the store’s operational needs.
