About the Role

The Assistant General Manager acts as the second-in-command at the KidStrong center in Litchfield Park, AZ, working closely with the General Manager to cultivate a welcoming environment focused on learning and growth for both coaches and families. The position is centered on maximizing business success by driving sales and reducing member cancellations, while ensuring an exceptional experience for children, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
