Role Overview
We are seeking a committed Assistant Director to join Goodstart Salisbury North. This full-time role (38 hours per week) involves partnering with the Centre Director to provide leadership and support across the centre’s operations. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $44.39 to $45.84 per hour, with numerous benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Centre Director to lead the team and deliver exceptional early learning and care services
- Mentor team members and enhance their professional capabilities
- Assume responsibility for overall centre management during the Centre Director’s absence
- Implement and utilize the Goodstart Practice Guide effectively within the centre
