Primary Responsibilities

  • Leading store openings and renovations from WCD to HOTVM for Company-Owned and Company-Operated (COCO) and Franchise Operated (COFO) outlets exclusively using registered vendors.
  • Creating work schedules, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring continuous coordination with stakeholders such as Visual Merchandising, Design teams, landlords, franchisees, RBD team, various vendors, and operations teams.
  • Organizing project steering meetings, preparing and disseminating project status reports, and managing comprehensive documentation including site visit reports, checklists, and handover records.
  • Inviting vendor quotations, evaluating estimates, and forwarding approved budgets to the commercial team for Purchase Order creation. Adhering strictly to a timeline with a target project completion of 39 days.
  • Developing and onboarding two new vendors within the area as per forecast plans and immediate project requirements.
  • Ensuring uniformity and high standards in quality of work across all stores.
  • Managing timely and effective repair and maintenance activities to keep operational continuity.
  • Scheduling timely completion for each project and guaranteeing resolution of all snag list issues within stipulated deadlines.
