About the Company

They annually construct approximately 50 residential units in Koblenz and its surrounding areas, focusing on high-quality condominiums and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing architectural tasks primarily within service phases 1 to 5.
- Preparing building application and execution plans.
- Developing specifications for tender documents.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of professional experience in architecture.
- Authorization to submit building applications (Vorlagenberechtigung).
- Proficient in CAD software, preferably ArchiCAD.
- Completed degree in Architecture (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor of Arts, or Master).
