About The Role
Clinical trials produce extensive and intricate datasets that demand specialized interpretation. In this position, you will implement our AI technologies to expedite medical reviews, identify adverse events, and support regulatory filings, thereby significantly influencing drug development schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clinical trial sponsors to understand their processes and requirements.
- Adapt and implement Engram's AI systems tailored for clinical research environments.
- Create specialized reasoning models for interpreting medical data effectively.
- Design and maintain evaluation methods to assess clinical AI system effectiveness.
- Continuously improve system performance by incorporating feedback and analytics.
Candidate Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Machine Learning, computational biology, or a related discipline.
- Over three years of experience deploying machine learning solutions within healthcare or life sciences sectors.
- Familiarity with clinical trial procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
- Strong communication abilities to liaise effectively with non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience applying natural language processing techniques to medical literature or clinical documents.
- Knowledge of CDISC standards and familiarity with regulatory submission processes.
- Background or experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety monitoring.
