Role Summary

The Finance Team at Azurity is looking for an FP&A Analyst to support US-based stakeholders in demand planning, revenue analysis, and product performance evaluation. This role emphasizes delivering analytical insights in budgeting, forecasting, KPIs monitoring, and commercial decision-making within a dynamic, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes for Commercial teams, tracking essential KPIs such as sales growth, volume, price realization, and gross margin while offering detailed insights.
  • Analyze and interpret revenue and gross margin variances, identifying principal drivers across products, markets, and sales channels.
  • Help build and refine budgeting and forecasting models incorporating demand assumptions, pricing strategies, and commercial inputs.
  • Assist US FP&A teams during monthly financial close, including proposing accruals and preparing variance explanations working closely with commercial stakeholders.
  • Deliver comprehensive variance analyses comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, quantifying drivers and providing actionable insights.
  • Support demand planning efforts by aligning financial forecasts with inputs from commercial and supply chain departments.
  • Maintain detailed product-level P&L analyses, monitoring revenue, gross margin, and profitability metrics.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to understand commercial business drivers and contribute financial perspectives.
  • Track and report commercial operating expenses ensuring consistency with budgets and overall financial plans.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in commercial FP&A using AI, Excel automation, Power BI, and other data visualization technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or CA Intermediate with over 6 years of experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and Workday ERP systems is preferred.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including automation capabilities, plus experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools for efficient reporting and insights.
