The role of Analyst, Business Insights and Analytics, reporting to the Director of Business Insights and Analytics, centers on converting complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across all COO divisions, including Financing, Wholesale, GTC, and Advisory. Responsibilities

  • Convert high-level business inquiries into well-defined problem statements, learning goals, and clear criteria for decision-making.
  • Craft in-depth analyses that outline options and scenarios with quantified trade-offs, offering recommendations with identified risks, dependencies, and metrics for success.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent insight delivery rhythm, such as quarterly and monthly business reviews, executive scorecards, and succinct one-page reports linking insights with decisions and actions.
  • Build and sustain robust internal networks and earn credibility with senior leaders and partners by acquiring deep business understanding.
  • Refine reports and updates intended for executive leadership to guarantee precision, insightful commentary, and sophisticated data visualization.
  • Present compelling, data-driven narratives to senior management that translate complex information into clear strategic interventions.

  • A proven track record of translating analytical findings into decisions and tangible business outcomes within complex, collaborative environments.
  • Strong influence skills with senior stakeholders, demonstrating leadership in insight-to-action processes.
  • Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and a proactive ownership mentality.
  • The ability to perform effectively amid ambiguity, fast pacing, and matrixed organizational structures.

Technical Skills and Language

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint with skills in executive visual storytelling and design.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analyses and deriving insights.
