AI/ML Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Lead to oversee the full lifecycle development of machine learning projects. This role involves guiding a talented team, delivering impactful AI-driven initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to achieve project goals.
• Develop and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence models and data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Manage MLOps workflows, including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance throughout their lifecycle.
• Pinpoint potential AI applications within the business and formulate the corresponding technical strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including expertise in natural language processing and computer vision techniques.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and hands-on experience with MLOps tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in delivering robust, production-ready AI systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with effective communication skills to drive team and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
• Understanding of vector databases and transformer architectures.
