Role Overview
KPMG Canada invites you to join their team as an AI Platform Administrator responsible for spearheading governance, enablement, integration, and expansion of enterprise AI platforms. This position primarily focuses on ChatGPT Enterprise while also supporting technologies including Claude, Replit, n8n, and other emerging tools. The role encompasses platform management, service and workflow integrations, and identifying scalable AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer ChatGPT Enterprise environments, managing users, roles, configurations, applications, and analytics.
- Oversee additional AI platforms such as Claude, Replit, and n8n.
- Collaborate with identity management teams to control platform access through SSO, SCIM lifecycle automation, security groups, and role-based access.
- Maintain a documented configuration baseline aligned with approved operational standards.
- Lead monitoring, troubleshooting, and incidents, including escalation to vendors when necessary.
- Create operational reports on usage, adoption, performance, and value to enhance continuous improvement.
- Support AI governance by partnering with Risk, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure responsible and compliant use.
- Design and implement platform and service integrations leveraging APIs and automation tools like n8n.
- Identify and scale impactful AI use cases from trials to governed, repeatable deployments.
- Assess new AI capabilities and offer recommendations for enablement readiness and operational support.
Qualifications and Required Experience
- In-depth knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, security, risk, and compliance within enterprise settings.
- Experience analyzing platform usage, adoption, and business impact to guide improvements.
- Strong skills in communication, facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and vendor engagement, with adaptability in rapidly evolving environments.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities in a client-focused role.
- Proven track record working with vendors and internal teams on tool evaluation, issue resolution, and roadmap planning.
- Contributions to governance standards, best practices, and responsible use guidelines.
- Experience administrating enterprise AI and SaaS platforms, including user and access management, configuration, and governance.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, and n8n.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, automation, and scripting to enable integrations and increase operational efficiency.
- Capability to monitor and report on usage, performance, adoption, value, and risks.
- Understanding secure enterprise operations including data handling, access control, audit, and support readiness.
- Industry certifications in AI (AI-102), Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-500), or privacy and responsible AI (IAPP AIGP, CIPM, CIPT, ISACA CDPSE) are advantageous.
Compensation and Company Values
The salary for this position ranges between $87,500 and $130,500 annually, depending on location, skills, and qualifications. Bonuses may also be awarded.
