Role Overview

The AI Operations Lead at 1mind plays a pivotal role in shaping an AI-native company internally and externally. This fully remote role based anywhere in the United States focuses initially on collaborating with Sales and eventually expanding through broader go-to-market functions and organizational teams. The goal is to identify opportunities for AI integration, design and implement efficient workflows and systems, and scale successful AI-driven processes throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map operational processes starting with Sales, expanding company-wide to identify inefficiencies, quantify their effects, and develop improved workflows.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to discover impactful AI applications, build intelligent automation workflows, and create scalable operational frameworks across go-to-market and other business functions.
• Ensure strong adoption by preparing comprehensive documentation, setting guidelines, and conducting training programs to promote system trust and longevity.
• Work alongside Engineering teams to translate operational needs into custom technical solutions, managing the delivery and integration of these systems.
• Extend effective AI-driven operational practices beyond go-to-market areas to help establish a foundational AI-first operational culture.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in operations, systems management, or technical business roles, demonstrating successful creation of AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or tools that significantly improved team efficiency.
• Experience with contemporary AI platforms, APIs, and automation tools, including practical coding skills sufficient to prototype and integrate solutions (Python proficiency required).
• Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to solve impactful business challenges and influence cross-functional teams.
• An autonomous and resourceful operator mindset, motivated to develop systems that reduce friction and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Comfort working in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments, effectively managing diverse priorities and responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between $150,000 to $165,000 annually. The compensation package includes stock options and company-funded benefits. Total remuneration factors in skills, experience, qualifications, and location, finalized during the hiring process.
