About the Role
This position is for an AI content writer who will support the training of AI systems. The work involves checking how chatbots perform, assessing their reasoning, and helping identify improvements so the models become more accurate and useful.
The role calls for advanced-level capability in writing, editing, and content creation. Related academic backgrounds such as communications or journalism are also relevant.
What You Can Expect
- Choose the projects you want to take on and decide when you work on them.
- Work independently on your own computer from home.
- Compensation starts at $25–$30+ per hour, with some projects offering bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they generate.
- Assess AI output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- Careful, detail-focused approach to work.
- Excellent command of grammar, writing style, and brand tone.
- A bachelor's degree that is currently being pursued, completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.
