About the Role

Sri Chaitanya Academy located in Bhubaneswar is seeking a driven and achievement-focused Admissions Officer to boost student intake for its academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage student admissions aligned with seasonal academic requirements and business goals.
• Conduct field marketing efforts and generate high-quality student leads via multiple channels.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
• Carry out school visits, enrollment counseling, seminars, and promotional campaigns focusing on admissions.
• Advise students and parents on available courses, programs, scholarships, and admission procedures.
• Meet or exceed set targets for admissions, lead generation, and overall business objectives.
• Keep abreast of market trends and scout for fresh opportunities to attract new students.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of professional experience in admissions, education sales, field marketing, or related areas.
• Prior background in EdTech or education sectors is advantageous.
• Existing strong connections with schools and institutions in Bhubaneswar considered a plus.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Willingness to travel within the Bhubaneswar area for outreach and promotional activities.

Compensation and Location

Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience and qualifications. This position is located onsite in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
