About the Role
Team Language Services Private Limited, operating as The Japanese Language School in New Delhi, is seeking an Admission Counsellor to join their office full-time. The selected candidate will engage directly with prospective students, providing guidance regarding Japanese language courses and related career opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for student interaction, including fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential students.
- Advise candidates on course structure, fees, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Follow up efficiently on leads obtained from various channels such as calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and social media platforms.
- Convert inquiries into actual admissions while meeting monthly enrollment goals.
- Maintain meticulous records of student interactions using CRM software.
- Liaise with academic and admissions teams to streamline enrollment procedures.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with students and their guardians.
- Participate in promotional events including seminars and admission campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Between zero to three years of experience in fields such as education counselling, admissions, telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Open to freshers demonstrating excellent communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM platforms preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
