Role overview
IIM SKILLS is looking for a driven Academic Counselor / Admission Counselor to support student counselling, guide admissions, and contribute to revenue growth. This position is focused on individual performance and target achievement rather than team supervision or people management.
Work arrangement
The role is fully work-from-home and follows a schedule of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days per week.
Compensation
The salary offered is ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, along with incentives. The stated CTC is up to ₹15,000 plus incentives.
