Job Overview
Maestro Chess Academy is seeking a diligent Administrative Executive to join their team at the Attapur, Hyderabad office. This role demands a commitment to an 11 am to 8 pm schedule, six days a week, and is designed for either freshers or experienced candidates who have completed at least their 12th-grade education.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding the academy's products, services, and special offers effectively.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently and in a timely fashion.
- Assess and understand customer needs and provide clarifications as necessary.
- Operate comfortably on laptops, computers, smartphones, and manage communication through phone and social media platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of completion of 12th grade.
- Proficient in Hindi and Telugu languages in addition to English.
- Good communication skills essential for customer interaction.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
