About the Role

We are seeking a committed and detail-focused Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful applicant should possess practical experience in accounting, along with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Position Details

Role: Accounts Executive
Gender: Male
Experience Requirement: At least 6 months in relevant accounting roles
Age Range: 18 to 28 years
Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on expertise and skills
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday (6 days weekly)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Primary Duties

Handle and record daily accounting transactions
Document purchase and sales entries accurately
Prepare and maintain GST-related documentation
Pass correct TDS accounting entries
Reconcile ledger accounts
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage generation and maintenance of E-Way Bills and E-Invoices
Maintain financial records with accuracy and timeliness
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
Liaise with internal departments to facilitate accounting and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working proficiency with BUSY Accounting Software
Skilled in Microsoft Excel features such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas
Knowledge of GST return preparations
Experience in passing TDS accounting entries
Capable of ledger reconciliations
Ability to perform bank reconciliations
Understanding of purchase and sales accounting
Basic familiarity with E-Way Bill and E-Invoice processes

Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in accounting positions
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail ensuring accuracy
Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently or within a team
