Role Responsibilities

• Manage an individual portfolio of clients within a dynamic setting, addressing inquiries about invoicing, expenses, payroll, and company accounts.
• Collaborate closely with clients to enable them to concentrate on their primary business by resolving complex financial queries using strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Deliver high-quality client service through exemplary organisational and administrative multitasking.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll operations accurately and efficiently.
• Identify potential improvements or automation opportunities to enhance service quality.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Qualified accountant credential (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Demonstrated experience preparing financial statements, conducting financial data analysis, and completing statutory filings in compliance with tax regulations.
• Prior expertise with Irish payroll systems and regulations.
• Self-motivated with a strong orientation toward initiative, execution, and delivery.
• Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Adaptability, creativity, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-service focus.
