About the Role
Studio Parallel is seeking two part-time remote assistants to support accounting and administrative functions within a small team. The role involves managing bookkeeping, expense registers, vendor interactions, and related administrative tasks across two shifts: 9 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 7 PM. This position is particularly aimed at women, including those on sabbatical or new mothers seeking flexible, work-from-home opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain basic bookkeeping and daily expense records.
- Learn to prepare estimates, and subsequently generate challans and invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement requirements.
- Conduct secondary research related to events and communicate with external administrations via company-provided SIM for calls and emails.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets rated at least 6/10; essential skills include Pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Comfortable communicating in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Additional Information
- Part-time remote role with mandatory availability during assigned shifts.
- Compensation starts at 6,000 INR per month for the first month.
- Performance-based increment to 8,000 INR after initial training and process mastery.
- Top performers can earn between 12,000 to 15,000 INR per month after 3 to 6 months.
