Job Overview
We seek a skilled Accountant with expertise in export documentation and accounting practices related to international shipments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using accounting and export management software to prepare all necessary export documents including invoices, packing lists, and statutory forms such as e-way bills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage export invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with transport agencies to ensure goods reach the port on schedule.
- Collaborate with customs clearing agents and freight forwarders for efficient shipment clearance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all export transactions and related logistics documentation.
- Handle export documentation, logistics coordination, filing, and post-shipment record maintenance independently.
Candidate Profile
- Strong familiarity with export documentation requirements and accounting procedures.
- Organised, responsible, and meticulous in handling detailed export compliance tasks.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple operational facets of export processing.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between 15,000 and 40,000 INR per month.
