Fifth Element seeks an engaging and proactive Account Supervisor to maintain smooth operations and ensure client satisfaction. This role involves leading the day-to-day management of client accounts, guiding projects from initiation to completion, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, fostering strong and enduring relationships
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and aligned with client expectations
• Lead client meetings, create presentations, and keep all parties informed and coordinated
• Oversee project progress and swiftly address any emerging problems professionally
• Contribute to business growth by spotting new opportunities and assisting in developing persuasive proposals
• Promote a positive team culture where open communication and collaboration flourish

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience in advertising or a related field with proven client management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities combined with strong problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent organizational skills capable of managing several projects concurrently
• A cooperative and optimistic approach paired with a dedication to exceptional client service

Compensation and Terms

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 annually.
