Account Manager

Overview

Join Epsilon's Audience Media team as an Account Manager where you will be integral in strategizing, executing and overseeing the delivery of digital campaigns using Epsilon Digital (DMS) platforms. This role emphasizes client collaboration, media strategy, and campaign management while contributing to commercial growth and planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients and agencies ensuring satisfaction and high-quality delivery on campaigns.
• Assist in crafting media strategies, audience targeting, and campaign execution for digital marketing efforts.
• Translate client requirements into detailed omnichannel media plans.
• Manage campaign lifecycles from briefing through launch, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign insights.
• Collaborate seamlessly with client service teams, operations, creative groups, and external partners to meet campaign deadlines and specifications.
• Foster strong internal partnerships for streamlined teamwork.
• Contribute to account expansion initiatives alongside senior management.
• Handle day-to-day reporting, provide weekly status updates, analyze campaign performance, and support financial and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in agencies or media companies.
• At least three years specialized in digital media planning or strategy.
• Deep understanding of media ecosystems in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Extensive experience with programmatic advertising and diverse digital channels and partners.
• Documented success in achieving business growth and revenue targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, excellent time management handling multiple campaigns under pressure.
• Adept at navigating complex client requirements and internal organizational interactions.
