About the Role
Maharaja Furnishing is seeking an Account Executive to manage and maintain daily financial records and provide showroom support in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating daily cash, bank, and party statements within Miracle Software.
- Generating sales bills based on salespersons' estimates and maps.
- Conducting stock checks and coordinating follow-ups on supplier orders.
- Processing debit and credit notes related to supplier materials.
- Entering purchase bills, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Maintaining journal and stock journal entries.
- Compiling monthly payment sheets.
- Maintaining party statement and payment records using Excel.
- Providing basic support activities within the showroom environment.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Excel is essential for this role.
Additional Information
- Working hours are from 9:45 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Every Monday is observed as a weekly off.
- Festival holidays are granted as off days.
