Role Overview
The Account Executive (AE) at BTSE Enterprise Solutions plays a pivotal role in converting promising leads into finalized contracts. Partnering closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), the AE manages the entire sales process — from initial discovery calls and product demonstrations to negotiations and deal closure. Success hinges on the ability to accurately discern customer needs, develop customized proposals, and handle objections adeptly during live interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, conducting introductory and in-depth discovery meetings alongside engaging product demos to identify client pain points and position BTSE's offerings effectively.
- Work collaboratively with SDRs to fine-tune presentations, negotiate contract terms, and tailor proposals to client specifications—securing deals through live discussions rather than primarily using email exchanges.
- Confidently address and resolve client concerns, leveraging expertise in fintech and white-label exchange solutions.
- Create bespoke proposals and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers.
- Lead contract discussions and ensure contracts are signed efficiently, followed by a smooth transition to the Post-Sales team.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets related to both setup fees and ongoing revenue.
- Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline aided by a dedicated $4,000 monthly budget for lead generation and participation in industry events.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within white-label cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or enterprise SaaS sectors. Familiarity with competing platforms is advantageous.
- Proven track record as a strong closer, consistently exceeding sales quotas and successfully navigating complex sales cycles.
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of translating technical details into persuasive value statements and thinking quickly during negotiations.
- Demonstrated executive presence, comfortable engaging C-suite executives, and fostering enduring client relationships.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach, thriving in fast-moving environments and independently pursuing results.
